Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Welcome customers and assist them with product and service information.
- Attend calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally.
- Support laptop sales and showcase accessories and ongoing offers.
- Handle front desk operations and customer queries.
- Maintain billing, payments, invoices, and daily records.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and technical teams.
- Manage appointments for repairs and product demos.
- Keep the showroom and front desk neat and organized.
- Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Customer-focused with polite and professional behavior.
