Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities: Prepare and cook South Indian, North Indian, and Tandoor dishes as per restaurant standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about inventory requirements.
