Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and motivated *IT Developer / Web Developer* to develop and maintain websites, web applications, mobile applications, AI-powered solutions, and lead generation systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in modern web technologies, application development, AI integrations, automation, and CRM-based lead management.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications.

* Develop and maintain Android/iOS or cross-platform mobile applications.

* Build and integrate AI-powered tools, chatbots, and workflow automation solutions.

* Develop custom dashboards, portals, and internal business applications.

* Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, CRM systems, and marketing tools.

* Create and optimize lead generation systems, landing pages, and lead capture forms.

* Ensure website performance, security, scalability, and SEO best practices.

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across web and mobile platforms.

* Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.

* Maintain project documentation and provide ongoing technical support.

* Stay updated with emerging technologies, AI tools, and industry trends.

Required Skills

* Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and responsive web design.

* Experience with React.js, Angular, Vue.js, or similar front-end frameworks.

* Knowledge of PHP, Laravel, Node.js, Python, or .NET.

* Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server.

* Experience in Android, iOS, Flutter, or React Native app development.

* Hands-on experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.

* Familiarity with AI tools, ChatGPT/OpenAI APIs, chatbot development, and automation platforms.

* Knowledge of Git/GitHub and version control.

* Understanding of web hosting, deployment, and application security.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is an added advantage.

* Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools is preferred.
