Job Description
We are hiring Freshers for the position of Trainee – EGC with Exemplar Luxury Group (ELG).
- Job Details:Role: Trainee – EGC
- Experience: Freshers can apply
- Process: Inbound Customer Service / US Voice Process
- Work Mode: Onsite / Work from Office
- Customer Base: US Customers
- CTC: ₹3.55 LPA
- Shift Timing: 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM (9-hour shift)
- Cab Facility: Pickup & Drop available
- Requirement: Good English communication skills and willingness to learn
The role involves handling inbound calls related to Gift Card/Card queries, investigating customer issues, and providing appropriate resolutions as per SOP guidelines.
