Key Job Responsibilities of a Bima Sakhi:

• Insurance Promotion: Educate rural households about the importance of life insurance, especially focusing on underserved communities.
• Policy Sales & Support: Actively sell LIC insurance policies, assist in filling out applications, and help with documentation to secure coverage.
• Customer Service: Guide clients through the policy, premium payments, and the claim settlement process.
• Field Work: Act as a local point of contact for insurance needs within their village or Gram Panchayat, particularly for members of Self-Help Groups (SHGs).

Job Structure & Benefits:

• Stipend: ₹8,000/month (Year 1), ₹7,000/month (Year 2), and ₹6,000/month
