Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide relevant property/project information.
  • Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
  • Build good relationships with prospective customers and ensure regular follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • 6 months–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi/Kannada preferred.
  • Target-oriented and comfortable making outbound calls.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
  • Real estate experience will be an added advantage.
