Inside Sales Executive

Working hours : Mon to Sat 9 am to 6 pm

Role SummaryThe Relationship Executive will be responsible for engaging and supporting existing dealers through structured communication and coordination. This is a desk-based role focused on generating sales through relationship management, sales support, training coordination, and ensuring effective use of sales tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities1. Dealer Engagement & Communication to generate sales● Maintain regular engagement with existing dealers via:

○ Phone calls

○ Emails

○ LinkedIn and other professional platforms

● Act as a single point of contact for routine dealer coordination

● Share product updates, marketing material, and company communications

● Ensure timely follow-ups and responses to dealer queries

2. Sales Support (Non-Field)● Support the sales team by:

○ Coordinating information flow between dealers and internal teams

○ Assisting with quotations, documentation, and follow-ups (as defined)

● Track dealer requirements and escalate issues to relevant teams

● Support ongoing sales initiatives and campaigns from the desk

3. Online Training & Enablement● Plan and coordinate online product and process training for dealers

● Schedule training sessions and ensure dealer participation

● Share training material and record attendance

● Act as a support resource for post-training queries

4. Sales Tools & Process Audit● Ensure dealers are using assigned sales tools (CRM, price lists, catalogues, apps, etc.)

● Conduct periodic audits of:

○ Tool usage

○ Data completeness

○ Compliance with defined processes

● Highlight gaps and report improvement areas internally

5. Reporting & Documentation● Maintain structured records of dealer interactions

● Update CRM / internal systems with relevant engagement details

● Prepare basic reports on dealer engagement, training participation, and tool usage

Skills & ProfileEducation

● Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Management preferred)

Skills

● Good communication skills (verbal and written)

● Sales

● Comfortable with calls, emails, and digital platforms (LinkedIn, Teams, Zoom)

● Organised and process-oriented

● Basic to intermediate Excel skills

● Comfortable working with CRM or internal systems

Experience

● 1–4 years in sales roles, relationship management or sales coordination

● Experience in dealer / channel-driven businesses preferred
