Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to customers.
* Follow up on customer inquiries and orders.
* Confirm orders and provide order status updates.
* Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams.
* Maintain customer records and call reports.
* Resolve basic customer queries professionally.
Requirements:
* Good communication skills in English and local language.
