Inbound Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and communicative Inbound Call Center Executive to act as the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will handle incoming customer inquiries, provide clear information about our gold valuation and buying processes, and guide customers on how to release pledged gold. The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, empathy, and excellent communication skills to build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Assistance: Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer queries regarding gold buying, selling, and our evaluation processes.
• Guidance & Support: Educate customers on the steps required to release pledged gold from banks or financial institutions.
• Lead Management: Accurately record customer details, track inquiries, and schedule branch visit appointments for gold evaluations.
• De-escalation & Resolution: Listen to customer concerns with patience and empathy, providing quick and effective solutions.
• Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Knowledge Sharing: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of daily gold rates, company policies, and services to provide accurate information.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma, Pre-University Course (PUC), or any Bachelor’s Degree.

• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in a voice process, BPO, or customer service role. (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).

• Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada.

• Soft Skills: Active listening, empathy, patience, and a calm demeanor when handling customer inquiries.

• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software or data entry.
