HVAC Sales Manager

Job Title - Sales Manager

Responsibilities And Duties:

1.Develop and execute strategies to drive business in Hotel & institutional for Commercial Kitchen Ventilation. (Ventilation Product-Exhaust Canopy/Demand Control Ventilation/UV Technology/Dry scrubbers)

2.Deep understanding of Sales & be able to build the right plans from Concept to execution.

3.Fulfil Sales Target Set by The Company on Yearly Basis.

4.Track and report all Sales activities.

5.Sale Forecasting for the Territory on a Monthly /annual level.

6.Ensure highest levels of customer satisfactions.

7.Negotiating, closing orders and preparing quotes.

8.Evaluate as well as approves design changes drawing in prior of release to production.

9.Regular Sales Force update and Monthly progress report to Country Manager.

10.Ensure compliance with all general and company policies when carrying out job duties.

Required Skills:-

oCapital Goods selling experience from HVAC/Hospitality Industry.

oWillingness to travel as needed.

oGood Negotiation Skills.

oAble to communicate with Top C-level executives.

oAuto-cad General Knowledge would be an added advantage.

oTime management and able to Work Independently.

oProficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

oGood verbal communicator and presenter

oExceptional interpersonal skills

Qualifications & Experience:-

o12-14 years experience/Product Sales

oMinimum B.Tech mechanical (HVAC background would be preferred)
