We are looking for a proactive, result-oriented, and highly organized **HR Recruiter** to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring of quality candidates.


The company will provide **all required recruitment resources**, including premium job portal subscriptions, sourcing tools, company databases, recruitment software, interview scripts, and all necessary support to help achieve hiring targets efficiently.


🎯 Key Roles & Responsibilities


βœ… Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.


βœ… Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.


βœ… Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.


βœ… Conduct HR screening interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.


βœ… Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.


βœ… Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.


βœ… Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, documentation, offer letters, and onboarding.


βœ… Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


βœ… Maintain recruitment databases and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).


βœ… Prepare daily recruitment reports and hiring status updates.


βœ… Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.


βœ… Participate in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.


βœ… Maintain confidentiality of all candidate and company information.

🎯 Daily Interview Target


**A minimum of 5–8 candidate interviews must be scheduled every working day without fail.**


The recruiter is expected to:


βœ” Schedule **5–8 interviews every day.**


βœ” Ensure candidates attend their scheduled interviews through proper follow-ups.


βœ” Maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates.


βœ” Meet recruitment timelines and hiring targets.


βœ” Submit a Daily Recruitment Report containing:

* πŸ“Œ Number of candidates screened

* πŸ“Œ Number of interviews scheduled

* πŸ“Œ Number of interviews completed
