π Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, result-oriented, and highly organized **HR Recruiter** to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring of quality candidates.
The company will provide **all required recruitment resources**, including premium job portal subscriptions, sourcing tools, company databases, recruitment software, interview scripts, and all necessary support to help achieve hiring targets efficiently.
π― Key Roles & Responsibilities
β Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.
β Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
β Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
β Conduct HR screening interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
β Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
β Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
β Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, documentation, offer letters, and onboarding.
β Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
β Maintain recruitment databases and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
β Prepare daily recruitment reports and hiring status updates.
β Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
β Participate in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
β Maintain confidentiality of all candidate and company information.
π Daily Performance Expectations (Mandatory)
π― Daily Interview Target
**A minimum of 5β8 candidate interviews must be scheduled every working day without fail.**
The recruiter is expected to:
β Schedule **5β8 interviews every day.**
β Ensure candidates attend their scheduled interviews through proper follow-ups.
β Maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates.
β Meet recruitment timelines and hiring targets.
β Submit a Daily Recruitment Report containing:
* π Number of candidates sourced
* π Number of candidates screened
* π Number of interviews scheduled
* π Number of interviews completed
* π Number of offers released
* π Number of candidates joined
π Resources Provided by the Company
The company will provide:
β Premium Job Portal Subscriptions (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, etc.)
β Candidate Database Access
β Recruitment Software & ATS
β Official Email ID
β Recruitment Scripts & Interview Questionnaires
β Training on Company Hiring Process
β Marketing Materials & Job Advertisements
β Laptop/Desktop (if applicable)
β All additional tools and support required to successfully achieve recruitment targets.

β Good understanding of recruitment and interview techniques

β Strong organizational and time management skills
β Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace
β Experience with job portals and recruitment software preferred
π Qualifications
π Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
π **2β3 years of recruitment experience preferred.**
π± Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment are also encouraged to apply.
π Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

π Maintain a high interview attendance ratio.
