Job Description
Responsible for managing recruitment operations, leading a team of 15 recruiters, handling revenue tracking, and ensuring smooth candidate and client coordination in a job consultancy setup.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of 15 recruiters, ensuring target achievement
- Handle revenue tracking, payments, and maintain accurate data
- Verify and monitor reports of the placement team
- Manage candidate grievances and resolve problematic cases
- Handle interview coordination, processing details, and candidate queries
- Oversee internal hiring when required
- Post job openings on various portals
- Source and screen candidates from multiple job portals
- Ensure smooth coordination between candidates and clients
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment consultancy/staffing
- Strong team handling and leadership skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
