HR Manager

As a Senior HR Manager, you will lead the strategic direction of the human resources department Pan india, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering a positive and high-performance work culture. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in all facets of HR operations, HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, Legal &compliance including our other business verticals

In depth knowledge of Recruitment / selection / Onboarding evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees Sourcing of candidates from various methods In depth knowledge of compliance & Payroll management Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues. Attends job fairs and ensures documentation of outreach efforts in accordance with Human Resource Standard Operating Procedures. Managing Employee Development, Maintaining Employee Relations Monthly & Quarterly review with key stakeholders

Certification in HR Process, Hiring, Employee Relations & Talent Management would be an added advantage

Skills and Competencies: *Strong recruitment skills (End to End recruitment, manpower sourcing & on boarding) Various sourcing skills portals, job fairs

*Compliance Audit, processing statutory payments, salaries etc..

•Deep expertise in lndian labor laws, employment policies, and workplace compliance.

•Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.

• Strong people management & Leadership skills,

•Excellent written, verbal communication & social media skills

Preferred Industry background- Facility management ,Manpower outsourcing firms and Hospitality.
