HR Executive

Job Title: HR ExecutiveJob Summary:

We are looking for an HR Executive who has good knowledge of recruitment and employee management. The candidate should be able to handle day-to-day HR activities and communicate effectively with employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle employee queries and support day-to-day employee management.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave, and basic HR activities.
• Support employee engagement and maintain a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with management regarding HR-related matters.
• Ensure smooth communication between employees and management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in HR / Recruitment.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and human resource management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tamil speaking is mandatory.
• Ability to communicate in English will be an added advantage.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle employees professionally and confidently.

Experience: 1–3 years in HR/Recruitment preferred.
