Job Details
Position: HR Executive
Qualification: B.Com / MBA (HR & Finance) / BA
Experience: Relevant experience in HR operations
Languages Required: Kannada, English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
Key Responsibilities
- Manage manpower planning and resource allocation
- Handle payroll processing, ESI, ECR, PT, and statutory compliance
- Support and coordinate audit processes, including scheduling and resource allocation
- Conduct recruitment using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, WorkIndia, and Job Hai
- Organize employee onboarding, induction, and training sessions
- Conduct meetings and ensure smooth HR operations
Key Requirements
- Hands-on experience in technical HR functions and payroll management
- Ability to manage a workforce of 100+ employees
- Strong interpersonal and employee engagement skills
- Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple responsibilities
