About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visually compelling designs that strengthen our brand identity and support marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, excellent design skills, and the ability to create engaging content across both digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

·      Design creative visuals for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, flyers, banners, and marketing collateral.

·      Develop branding materials, including logos, brand guidelines, packaging, and promotional assets.

·      Create visually appealing advertisements, infographics, and digital campaigns.

·      Perform photo editing, image retouching, and image manipulation.

·      Collaborate with the marketing, content, and sales teams to deliver impactful creative solutions.

·      Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.

·      Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

·      Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and AI-powered creative technologies. Organize and maintain design files and creative assets

Required Skills & Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

·      2–3 years of experience in graphic design.

·      Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:

·      Adobe Photoshop

·      Adobe Illustrator

·      Adobe InDesign

·      Working knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD is preferred.

·      Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is an added advantage.

·      Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.

·      Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

·      Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

·      Experience in digital marketing and social media creative design.

·      Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is an advantage.

·      Familiarity with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar platforms.

·      A strong portfolio showcasing creative and branding projects.
