Front Office Executive

Job Description:

Ayurvedagram is a reputed heritage Ayurveda wellness resort in Whitefield, Bengaluru. We are hiring a Front Office Executive to welcome and assist our guests.

Your daily work:

• Greet guests warmly and complete check-in / registration
• Answer phone calls within 3 rings and assist with reservations and enquiries
• Explain resort facilities, packages, rates, and services to guests
• Assign rooms, hand over keys, and escort guests to rooms
• Coordinate with Housekeeping on check-outs, early check-ins, and special requests
• Post charges to guest accounts and prepare accurate bills at check-out
• Handle guest requests and complaints politely; escalate to seniors when needed
• Arrange guest transfers/pickups as requested
• Maintain logs of guest calls, mail, and parcels

Skills needed:

• Pleasant personality and good grooming
• Good spoken English and telephone etiquette
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends
