📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week (As per Bank Timings)

Job Responsibilities

Welcome and assist walk-in customers at SBI branches.

Guide customers in using digital banking services such as YONO, ATM, UPI, Internet Banking, and Passbook Kiosk. �

Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth customer service.

Promote SBI digital services and encourage digital banking adoption.

Maintain daily activity reports and provide operational support.

Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive branch experience.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge.
