Job Location: Devanahalli, Near Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Qualification: ITI – Mechanical

Job OverviewWe are looking for a responsible and proactive Fleet Executive to manage and coordinate our fleet of cars and taxis. The candidate will be responsible for vehicle maintenance coordination, daily vehicle operations, driver coordination, and ensuring that all vehicles are in good working condition.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor the company's fleet of cars and taxis.
• Coordinate with drivers regarding daily vehicle assignments and schedules.
• Monitor vehicle conditions and ensure timely servicing and maintenance.
• Coordinate vehicle repairs, breakdowns, and maintenance activities.
• Maintain vehicle documents, insurance, fitness certificates, permits, and other records.
• Track vehicle availability, utilization, and daily movement.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with service centres and workshops for vehicle maintenance.
• Maintain daily fleet reports and update vehicle records.
• Ensure smooth and efficient fleet operations.
• Eligibility & RequirementsEducation: ITI in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of automobile mechanics and vehicle maintenance.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
• Ability to manage drivers and handle day-to-day fleet operations.
• Candidates with experience in fleet management, automobile workshops, or vehicle maintenance will be preferred.
• Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can also apply.
• Salary & BenefitsMonthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000.
