Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively source new potential customers through field visits, networking, and marketing in designated areas.
• Site Visits: Conduct engaging site visits for prospective clients, providing detailed walkthroughs of property features, amenities, and project benefits.
• Customer Relationship Management: Understand client requirements, offer personalized property solutions, and maintain long-term relationships to ensure high satisfaction.
• Market Analysis: Keep updated on competitor projects, pricing, and market trends to effectively position our offerings against competitors.
• Documentation Support: Assist clients with the documentation process, including application forms, payment schedules, and basic agreement formalities.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily site visits, client interactions, and sales progress in the CRM or daily reporting format.
• Field Work: Coordinating with the Sales & MArketing department for promoting company's brand and attracting the leads
