Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory Management: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate your assigned market/territory effectively.
  • Lead Generation: Actively scout for new business through cold calling, networking, industry events, and referrals.
  • Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations for potential and existing clients.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer retention and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Sales Pipeline: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including proposal creation, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights to the management team.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM software.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: Proven track record in field sales or business development (typically 1–3 years).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-Motivation: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Mobility: Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory (a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are often required).
  • Problem-Solving: Strong aptitude for identifying client pain points and offering solutions that align with business goals.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
