Job Description
Debt Recovery: Contact customers via phone, email, or field visits to remind them of overdue loan installments or bills.
Negotiation: Negotiate realistic and feasible payment plans with debtors while protecting company interests.
Record Keeping: Update all call notes, promises-to-pay (PTP), and transaction outcomes accurately in the CRM or collection software.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and weekly recovery and collection targets.
Dispute Resolution: Listen to customer billing queries or loan disputes and resolve them by coordinating with internal teams.
