Understand project scope and convert designs into detailed BOQs.

Calculate quantities and measurements for all interior works.

Prepare unit-wise and item-wise costing.

Estimate material, hardware, labour, installation, transportation and other project costs.

Prepare detailed quotations for clients.

Calculate project cost, selling price, margins and profitability.

Obtain and compare material/vendor rates.

Maintain updated rate databases for materials and labour.

Prepare quotations for modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, crockery units, bedrooms, living rooms, false ceilings, electrical, plumbing, civil works and other interior works.

Identify missing items, exclusions, additional works and potential cost variations before submitting quotations.

Coordinate with the Design, Sales, Procurement, Production and Project Execution teams.

Revise quotations based on design changes and client requirements.

Prepare BOQ vs. Quotation vs. Actual Cost comparisons.

Support the project team in controlling project costs.

Review additional works and prepare variation/additional-cost quotations.

Ensure quotations are commercially accurate and professionally presented.

Maintain proper documentation of estimates, BOQs, rate sheets and revised quotations.

Conduct final costing review before submitting quotations to clients.

Assist management in analysing project profitability and cost performance.
