Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. User Support
- Help employees use the ERP system
- Solve basic system issues and errors
- Answer user queries and provide guidance
2. Training
- Train employees on how to use the ERP system
- Share simple instructions and guides
3. System Support & Coordination
- Help in adding new features or updates to the ERP system
- Coordinate with IT team and vendors for system improvements
- Support system setup and changes
4. Project Coordination
- Assist in planning and managing ERP-related tasks
- Work with different teams to complete system-related projects
5. Documentation
- Maintain simple guides and system records
- Keep track of issues, updates, and solutions
