Duty Manager

Job Title: Store Manager / Duty Manager

Key Responsibilities

Ensure smooth store operations, timely store opening, and adherence to all SOPs and hygiene standards.

Drive excellent customer service and increase loyalty conversions through effective in-store engagement.

Manage inventory, stock availability, damages, expiry, shrinkage, and cash handling efficiently.

Ensure proper planogram execution, space management, and store standards.

Lead, train, and supervise the store team to drive productivity and achieve operational targets.

Monitor daily input/output metrics and implement corrective actions where required.

Maintain store assets and ensure loss prevention through strong process control.

Regularly interact with customers to understand their needs and share feedback on assortment, availability, and pricing.

Preferred Profile

Experience in Retail store operations.

Experience in Food & FMCG retail will be an added advantage.
