Are you a data-driven marketer who knows how to scale performance lead generation while building an iconic real estate brand?

At Mangalam Projects, backed by a 25-year legacy and an active 4.5 million sq. ft. development pipeline across Bengaluru, we are looking for an experienced leader to head our Digital Marketing and Brand Management function.

📈 Experience: 8–12 Years (Minimum 4 years in Real Estate Marketing)

🔹 WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead Generation Engine: Own multi-channel performance marketing across Meta Ads, Google PPC, Display, and property portals to drive high-intent, qualified leads for our pre-sales team.

• Brand Positioning: Architect the brand identity, tone of voice, and storytelling for corporate branding as well as individual project launches (plotted developments, villas, and apartments).

• Creative Strategy: Direct the creation of high-converting ad creatives, project walkthroughs, site branding, brochures, and digital collateral.

• Website & SEO: Manage web property performance, CRO (conversion rate optimization), organic SEO rankings, and localized search presence across East Bengaluru micro-markets.

• BTL & Launch Campaigns: Strategize experiential marketing, hoarding campaigns, on-ground activations, and channel partner collateral for new phase rollouts.

• Budget & CAC Optimization: Manage marketing budgets, rigorously track Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost of Customer Acquisition (CAC), and present actionable ROI analytics to management.

🔹 WHAT YOU NEED:

• Proven track record in scaling lead funnels specifically within the Bengaluru residential real estate market.

• Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, HubSpot/LeadSquared integrations, and marketing automation.

• Strong aesthetic and creative sense with the ability to manage agencies, copywriters, and video production teams.

• Solid analytical acumen to analyze full-funnel metrics from ad impression to final booking closure.

• Excellent communication skills with a firm grasp of Bengaluru’s real estate consumer demographics.
