Job Description: Telesales Executive (Real Estate)We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and eloquent Telesales Executive to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential property buyers, introducing them to our premium residential and commercial projects, understanding their investment needs, and scheduling site visits.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead Qualification & Pitching: Connect with potential leads via cold calling and follow-ups to introduce our real estate projects (plots, apartments, and commercial spaces).
  • Requirement Gathering: Understand client needs, budgets, and location preferences, and pitch the right property solutions accordingly.
  • Driving Site Visits: Move prospective buyers through the sales funnel with the ultimate goal of booking confirmed site visits for the field sales team.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update an accurate record of all interactions, follow-ups, and lead statuses in our CRM database.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on current real estate market trends, project USPs, pricing, and competitors to handle client objections effectively.
  • Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 6 months to 3 years of hands-on experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or Telemarketing (Prior experience selling real estate plots, apartments, or financial products is a major plus).
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Good English along with strong regional language proficiency to converse comfortably with diverse clients.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and a persuasive phone personality.
  • Education: Graduate in any stream.
  • Target-Driven: Highly motivated by targets, performance incentives, and conversion metrics
