Job Summary:


We are seeking passionate and results-driven professionals to join our Digital Marketing BD team. As a Client Acquisition Executive/Manager/Leader, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, generating revenue, and expanding business partnerships for our full-suite digital marketing services.


Key Responsibilities:


✔ Identify and target potential clients across multiple sectors who require digital marketing solutions.

✔ Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, digital outreach, and networking.

✔ Build and nurture strong relationships with Founders, CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, and decision-makers.

✔ Understand client marketing goals and propose customized digital marketing strategies.

✔ Pitch SEO, SEM, SMM, Performance Marketing, Branding, Creative, and Web Development services.

✔ Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure → onboarding.

✔ Collaborate with internal digital marketing and delivery teams to ensure timely execution.

✔ Create proposals, case studies, presentations, contracts, and business reports.

✔ Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.

✔ Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor offerings, new tools, and industry shifts.


Key Skills & Requirements:

*1–20 years of experience in Digital Marketing BD, client acquisition, agency sales, or service-based sales.

*Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO/SEM/SMM/Performance/Branding).

*Proven track record in generating leads and closing high-value marketing deals.

*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

*Ability to work independently and handle remote BD operations.

*Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.

*Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
