Job PurposeWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize the company's digital marketing activities. The role will focus on lead generation, brand visibility, social media, paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, website management, and digital performance analysis.
- Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign ManagementPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns across relevant online channels.
- Develop monthly/quarterly digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- 2. Social Media MarketingManage the company's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Create and coordinate content including posts, reels, videos, creatives, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor engagement, reach, followers, leads, and other social media metrics.
- Respond to relevant comments, messages, and customer interactions.
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform changes.
- 3. Paid Advertising / Performance MarketingPlan and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Set up campaigns, audiences, budgets, keywords, creatives, and conversion tracking.
- Monitor CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, conversions, and ROAS.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance and business objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on advertising spend, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with agencies or vendors where campaigns are outsourced.
- 4. SEO & Website ManagementImplement basic on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to improve organic visibility.
- Coordinate website content updates, landing pages, banners, and promotional pages.
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, leads, and conversions.
- Work with developers/content teams to resolve website-related marketing requirements.
- Monitor search rankings and identify areas for improvement.
- 5. Content MarketingDevelop content ideas based on products, services, target audiences, and market trends.
- Coordinate with designers, writers, and video creators for marketing content.
- Create or manage content for:
- Website
- Blogs
- Social media
- Email campaigns
- Landing pages
- Promotional materials
- Ensure content is consistent with the company's brand guidelines.
- 6. Lead Generation & Marketing SupportDevelop digital campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Monitor leads generated through websites, social media, paid campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure proper lead tracking and follow-up.
- Analyze lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify new digital channels and opportunities for customer acquisition.
- 7. Email & CRM MarketingPlan and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Manage customer databases and marketing lists.
- Develop promotional, informational, and follow-up email campaigns.
- Monitor email open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribes.
- Coordinate with the sales/CRM team for lead nurturing and customer communication.
- 8. Analytics & ReportingTrack and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant platforms.
- Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Analyze traffic, leads, conversions, engagement, and campaign ROI.
- Provide actionable insights to improve digital marketing performance.
- 9. Market & Competitor ResearchMonitor competitors' digital marketing activities, campaigns, content, and social media presence.
- Research industry trends, customer behavior, and emerging digital channels.
- Identify new opportunities for improving the company's digital presence.
- Keep the marketing team updated on relevant digital trends and platform changes.
