Customer support executive

*Timings: 11AM to 8PM

*Weekly off: 1 weekday off per week. 


Role:

  • Calling as per database for Customer retention 
  • Find, Contact, Close — Find and contact potential customers
  • LinkedIn 
  • Event Management Companies 
  • Corporates
  • Lead Generation
  • Email Management
  • When ever required handle both Phones and Web inquires
  • When ever required reply to google reviews
  • Manage Email campaigns, SMS campaigns, and any other campaigns created for promoting the unit.
  • Study the details of each activity and be up to date with the offers for each of these activities. 
  • Obtaining and updating lists of customers’ contact details.
  • Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of activities.
  • Addressing customers’ uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time. 
  • Noting important details of each conversation.
  • Facilitating with the front executives, Managers with regards to the inquiries and bookings
  • Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.
  • Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
  • Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
  • Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.

Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as a telecaller or similar.
  • Basic Computer literate with knowledge of basic MS tools.
  • Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.
  • Superb verbal communication.
  • Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
  • Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
  • Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
  • Ability to bond with clients and push for sales.
