Customer Support Executive

We’re looking for a warm, responsive Customer Support Executive to help customers with their online enquiries and orders. You’ll guide them through product questions, share accurate order updates and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues smoothly.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer queries through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, email and the website.
• Help customers choose sarees, blouses and other products by sharing clear details on fabrics, colours, sizing, styling and availability.
• Support customers with order placement, payment questions, order tracking, delivery updates, exchanges and returns.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, dispatch and internal teams to resolve order or product concerns.
• Follow up on open queries and make sure customers receive timely updates until the issue is resolved.
• Record customer interactions, feedback and issues accurately in the company’s systems.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and share them with the team.
• Communicate in a polite, patient and brand-appropriate manner.
• RequirementsExperience in customer support, customer service or online retail is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Kannada is a plus.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram and basic computer tools.
• Good attention to detail, especially when handling order and product information.
• Patient and calm when responding to concerns or complaints.
• Able to manage multiple conversations and follow up reliably.
