Job SummaryLegal Capital Law Firm is looking for a customer-focused and professional Customer Support Executive to handle client queries, provide timely assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to communicate effectively with Kannada-speaking clients.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through calls, messages, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information and assistance.
• Follow up with clients regarding their queries, requirements, and services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Ensure timely responses and provide regular updates to clients.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Build positive relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain daily reports and update customer information as required.
• Eligibility CriteriaBachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–8 years of experience in Customer Support, Client Support, Telecalling, BPO, Relationship Management, or a similar role.
• Kannada-speaking candidates are preferred/mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.
• Candidates with experience in the legal, service, or customer-facing industry will be an added advantage.
