KreditBee is a premier FinTech platform and an esteemed Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) that facilitates instant personal loans to professionals. We are looking for dynamic, detail-oriented individuals to join our Customer Operations team to deliver exceptional service and support to our growing user base through email communication.
Role Overview
As an Email Support Executive, you will be the digital face of KreditBee. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, addressing grievances, and providing accurate information regarding loan products, disbursements, repayments, and account status all via professional email correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Query Resolution: Effectively manage and resolve high volumes of customer queries and complaints via email within the stipulated Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Quality Assurance: Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, templates, and internal databases.
- Escalation Management: Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate internal teams (Tech, Verification, or Finance) and follow up for a timely resolution.
- Customer Retention: Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Data Logging: Accurately document all customer interactions and updates in the CRM software.
Eligibility Criteria & Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate OR 12th Pass / PUC with at least 6 months
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service role (experience in a BPO, FinTech, or NBFC environment is a huge plus).
Skills:
- Strong Typing Skills: High typing speed with excellent accuracy is mandatory.
- Written Communication: Strong command of written English (impeccable grammar, sentence structure, and professional etiquette).
- Tech Savvy: Ability to learn CRM software quickly and multitask across multiple tabs.
Compensation & Work Structure
- Salary Range: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 In-Hand per month (depending on experience and interview performance).
- Work Schedule: 6 Days working | 1 Rotational Week-off.
- Shift Type: Rotational Day Shifts.
