Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Real Estate / Construction)

Company: House Construct

Location: Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru

Experience: 1 to 2 years in customer support (real estate or construction field preferred)

Salary: ₹20000 to ₹ 25000 per month + incentives

Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Support Executive to handle our customers’ queries and requests. You will be the first point of contact for clients and will make sure every concern is resolved on time and with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally
  • Answer queries about projects, construction progress, payments, and documentation
  • Resolve complaints quickly and follow up until they are closed
  • Coordinate with site, sales, accounts, and project teams to solve customer issues
  • Update customers on construction stages, payment schedules, and handover timelines
  • Schedule site visits and customer meetings
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM or Excel daily
  • Collect customer feedback and share reports with management
  • Keep a polite, patient, and professional attitude at all times

Requirements

  • Graduate in any stream
  • 1 to 2 years of customer support or customer relations experience
  • Experience in construction, real estate, or interior companies preferred
  • Good communication in English, Hindi, and Kannada
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and email
  • Good listening, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
