Job Description

  • Manage and resolve operational tickets within defined SLAs.
  •  Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Monitor onboarding, activation, and support-related processes.
  •  Track key operational metrics and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
  •  Handle escalations and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
  •  Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and process workflows.
  •  Identify process gaps and drive improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
