Job Description
- Handle customer subscription renewals and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with customers and assist them with their queries and requirements.
- Maintain good knowledge of all products and services listed on the company website.
- Handle new customer calls and understand their product requirements.
- Convert customer enquiries and incoming calls into successful orders.
