Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally

Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively

Provide accurate product/service information

Maintain quality and productivity standards

Escalate complex issues to the concerned team

Update customer interactions in CRM/ticketing tools

Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution

Required Skills:

Excellent English communication skills

Strong customer handling abilities

Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications

Problem-solving and multitasking skills

Ability to work in rotational shifts/night shifts

International voice process experience preferred
