Qualification: 12th / Any Degree

Experience: Experienced Candidates with minimum 6 months of experience in Customer support, Customer Service or Tele sales.

Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Week Off: Rotational Week Off

Required Skills

* Excellent communication skills (Tamil/Hindi/English as required).

* Customer handling and objection-handling abilities.

* Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

* Managed health insurance policy renewals for existing customers.

* Contacted customers regarding upcoming policy expirations.

* Assisted customers with premium payments and policy-related queries.

* Coordinated with underwriting and claims teams for issue resolution.

* Delivered high-quality customer service and ensured customer satisfaction.
