Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our wedding photography team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client enquiries, coordinating bookings, maintaining regular communication with customers, and ensuring a smooth client experience from the first enquiry until the final delivery of photographs and videos.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other communication channels.
• Understand clients’ wedding/event requirements and recommend suitable photography and videography packages.
• Explain packages, pricing, services, deliverables, and additional options clearly to clients.
• Follow up with enquiries, quotations, and potential clients to convert leads into bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, client details, payments, and event information.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, album designers, and other team members.
• Confirm event dates, venues, timings, and photography requirements with clients before the event.
• Collect important event details such as schedules, family photo lists, special moments, and client preferences.
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding editing, album selection, album design, and final delivery.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and coordinate with the relevant team for resolution.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project.
• Collect customer feedback, reviews, and referrals after successful project completion.
• Assist the sales and management team with client coordination and other customer-related activities.
