Job Description
We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive to join our Real Estate Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, generating and qualifying leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining property projects, pricing, and offers, and convincing customers to schedule site visits. The role also includes regular follow-ups, handling customer queries and objections, maintaining lead details in CRM, coordinating with the sales team, and achieving daily and monthly calling and sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, convincing, customer-handling, and follow-up skills, along with a positive and target-oriented approach. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply; prior experience in real estate or telecalling will be an added advantage.
