Customer Relationship Manager

Nerige Story is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to handle online customer queries and support customers throughout their shopping journey.

• Key responsibilitiesRespond to customer queries through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone and other online channels.
• Help customers with product details, availability, sizing, order placement and payment questions.
• Track orders and share updates on dispatch, delivery, returns and exchanges.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, sales and operations teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Handle customer concerns patiently and follow through until they are resolved.
• Maintain clear records of customer conversations, requests and resolutions.
• Share recurring customer questions and feedback with the relevant teams.
• Provide timely, accurate and friendly support that reflects Nerige Story’s brand.
• What we’re looking forExperience in customer support or customer relationship management; e-commerce experience is an advantage.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Comfortable handling customer conversations on WhatsApp and Instagram.
• Patient, organised and attentive to detail.
• Able to manage multiple queries and follow up reliably.
• Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce and customer-support tools is an advantage.
