Customer Relationship Executive – Real Estate

We are looking for a proactive Customer Relationship Executive to manage the complete post-sales process for residential resale property transactions and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with buyers and sellers after deal confirmation.
• Collect and verify required property and customer documents.
• Coordinate with banks for home loan processing and disbursement.
• Manage sale agreement, registration, and property transfer process.
• Follow up for e-Khata, BESCOM, BWSSB, and apartment association transfers.
• Keep customers updated on transaction progress.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with legal team, registration office, banks, and internal sales team.
• Ensure all transactions are completed smoothly and on time.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in real estate customer relationship, documentation, or post-sales.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of real estate documentation and registration is preferred.
• MS Office knowledge is required.

Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month + Performance Incentives.
