Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, resolve queries efficiently, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining quality standards.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Follow company policies, quality standards, and call handling procedures.
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets.
  • Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills.
  • QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (depending on company requirements).

  • Prior experience in customer service or a voice process is an advantage but not mandatory.
