Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information and assistance.
  • Understand customer queries and resolve them professionally within the defined TAT.
  • Maintain a positive and professional communication style with customers.
  • Follow process guidelines, call quality standards, and company policies.
  • Record customer interactions and update the required information in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever required.
  • Maintain good customer satisfaction and ensure proper resolution of queries.
