Job Description
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests within defined timelines.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
- Maintain proper call documentation and update customer records in the system.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality service.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets such as Quality, AHT, CSAT, and Attendance.
- Escalate unresolved concerns to the concerned department whenever required.
