Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive cum Telecaller who can communicate confidently in Kannada (mandatory) and provide excellent customer service while handling inbound and outbound calls.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Explain company products and services to customers.

Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

Follow up with customers and maintain good relationships.

Generate leads and schedule appointments when required.

Update customer information in the system.

Requirements

Kannada, English and Hindi communication is preferred.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to work in a team.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Qualification

PUC / Diploma / Any Degree.
