Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Process orders, returns, refunds, or account updates as required.
  • Meet customer satisfaction, response time, and quality targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
  • Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Preferred SkillsExperience with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Ability to handle difficult customer situations calmly and professionally.
