Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, or account updates as required.
- Meet customer satisfaction, response time, and quality targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
- Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Preferred SkillsExperience with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Ability to handle difficult customer situations calmly and professionally.
- Knowledge of industry-specific products or services.
