Job Description
Customer Support Executive – Inbound Process
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to water purifiers.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and any one South Indian language, or
- Fluency in any two South Indian languages.
Shift Timings:
- Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- Working hours: 9 hours per day (including breaks), based on business requirements.
Salary:
- Freshers: ₹16,000 per month
- Experienced Candidates: ₹18,000 per month
Overtime (OT):
- ₹120 per hour
Eligibility:
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills are preferred.
