Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives for both Voice and Non-Voice processes. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information through calls, emails, and chat support.

  • Key Responsibilities:Voice Process:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Maintain proper call records and update CRM systems.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction during interactions.
  • Non-Voice Process:Respond to customer queries via email and chat support.
  • Resolve issues within defined turnaround time.
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
  • Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
  • Basic computer knowledge required.
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
  • Required Skills:Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic typing speed for non-voice process.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
