Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives for both Voice and Non-Voice processes. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information through calls, emails, and chat support.
- Key Responsibilities:Voice Process:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain proper call records and update CRM systems.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction during interactions.
- Non-Voice Process:Respond to customer queries via email and chat support.
- Resolve issues within defined turnaround time.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
- Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Required Skills:Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic typing speed for non-voice process.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
