• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, if required
• Roles & Responsibilities:Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Record customer interactions and update the system accordingly
• Follow company policies and quality standards while handling customers

Skills Required:

• Good verbal communication in English and Hindi
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
